Our Technical Support Specialist role, is responsible for assisting our clients in the configuration and management of our real estate products. Our Tech Support Specialists use their excellent communications skills to identify customer issues and solutions to those issues in an efficient and professional manner. The successful individual in this role will be a team player who is comfortable working as an individual contributor in the booming tech industry.
